Rice:

It’s one of the best pasta dishes with exceptional taste and
flavors. Singaporean rice is made in different layers consisting of rice,
chicken or prawns (as you like), spaghetti, vegetables, green chilies, garlic and
mayonnaise sauce. This dish is incredible in taste and easy to make. You will
perfect this within no time!
Eat Diaries Magicial Sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise of your choice
3-4 tbsp ketchup
pinch of salt
tiny touch of garlic paste for flavor
2 tsp. red chilli powder
Gravy
1/2 kg boneless chicken (preferably breast)
cut into cubes
1capsicum chopped
1carrot, cubed finely
1onion chopped very fine
1/2 tsp.ginger/garlic paste
2green chillies chopped
juice of half a lemon
splash of soya sauce
2 tsp.black pepper
2 tbsp.chopped coriander
1 tsp.red chilli flakes or chilli powder
1 tbsp.ketchup
1 tbsp. corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup
water
3 tbsp.oil
salt to taste

200 gm Spaghetti or Noodles
1 cup rice
3-4 cloves garlic
2-3 green chillies
1 tbsp. butter
oil as needed
Directions
Step 1:
Boil a pot of water and add 1 tbsp sald oil. Add one cup of rice and boil. Once the rice is cooked drain the water and put the rice on dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Prepare 200gm spaghetti. Put salt and oild for the taste. It also prevents from getting it sticky
Step 3: Sauce
Mix all ingredients together and
adjust taste. Set aside.
Step 4:Gravy
Fry oniones in a hot pan adding a little oil. Put chicken, ginger and garlic past. Fry for few minutes and then add vegges (campsicum and carrots). Fry till the chicken and vegges are almot done. Add green chillies (avoid if dont want it to be spicy), coriander, soya sauce, ketchup and lemon juice. Salt and pepper as per taste. Stir fri for few minutes and then add corn flour mixed in water and let the gravy simmer for a few minutes.
In a small pan, prepare the garlic
and chilli topping. Take 3-4 cloves of garlic and chop them up into tiny bits.
Then chop 2-3 green chillies. Add 1 tbsp. butter to the pan and let it melt,
then add the garlic and chili. On low heat, fry these together for a few
minutes until the aroma is great and the garlic is fried.
Cruical and Final Step
Take a dish, pour the rice to cover
the bottom. Then follow it with the spaghetti to cover the rice. Then pour the
chicken gravy over the spaghetti. Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce all around the
edges and some in the center. Finally sprinkle the buttery garlic and chilli
all over and serve!
The dish can be reheated easily in
the microwave, or you can prepare all the layers in advance and then give them
a quick heating and pile them up just before serving.
